  • Fish Sandwich: Reheat fish in the oven. Toast two slices of bread. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp sweet pickle relish.  Smear one side of each slice of toast with the mayo mixture. Cut the fish filet in half and stack on slice of toast. Add Bibb lettuce, tomato, and top with other slice of bread
Tip

  • Ina says you can use either flounder or sole for this recipe.
