752. Ina's Flounder Milanese. This meal is exactly what I was craving – a nice balance of buttery, crispy breaded filets paired with fresh and light peppery arugula dressed in a lemon vinaigrette 🍋 🤤 I can't avoid turning my kitchen into a disaster when I bread anything, but the mess was so worth it in this case! Unfortunately, the three grocery stores I visited didn't have flounder. Luckily Ina suggests you can also use Dover sole as an alternative. 🙌🏼🐟 📖: #cooklikeapro #inagarten #barefootcontessa #howeasyisthat #storeboughtisfine #cassandraskitchen
