750. The original plan was to cut Ina's Vanilla Cream Cheese Pound Cake recipe in half since it makes two loaves, and I only have one loaf pan. But I end up making them in batches and so happy I did because batch one took 80 mins (recipes says 60-70 mins) for a toothpick to come out clean… only to collapse while it cooled. So I baked the second cake for 90 minutes (and it still slightly collapsed). That being said, even though both were slightly underbaked, they tasted phenomenal and I'd make them again in a heartbeat.
